Ingredients

  • Rice
  • 2 cups of Boba flour
  • Water
  • Hot water
  • Milk powder
  • Sugar
  • Coconut extract
  • Banana extract
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Coconuts

Instructions

  1. Soak your rice in water and let it sit for approximately two hours.
  2. Pour hot water into the bowl of baobab powder and mix.
  3. Add milk powder to the baobab powder mixture and sift through to remove any lumps.
  4. Add sugar, coconut extract, and banana extract to the baobab powdermixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Drain the soaked rice and let it dry.
  6. Blend the dried rice until it turns into a fine flour. You can use a food processor, blender, or coffee grinder for this.
  7. Sift the rice flour to get rid of any lumps.
  8. Create dough using the rice flour by adding water in bit by bit as you knead it.
  9. Break down the dough into tiny pieces depending on your preference.
  10. Steam these pieces for about 20 minutes at medium low heat. Or you can steam it for 10 minutes, remove it, mix it a bit, then steam for another 10 minutes.
  11. Once done, remove the steamed pieces and break them further with a wooden spoon.
  12. Set aside the steamed pieces.
  13. Chop apples, bananas, and coconuts and add them into the steamed dough.
