- Wash peel core and cut the apples into very thin slices
- Place apple slices in a bowl add sugar mix well and let macerate for 10 minutes
- Cut each brick pastry sheet in half lengthwise
- Place a portion of the apple mixture on one end of each half sheet avoiding excess liquid
- Fold in the sides and roll up the pastry like a cigar using honey to seal the edge
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
- Fry the rolls for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown
- Remove from oil and place on a serving plate
- Drizzle with extra honey before serving
