  1. Wash peel core and cut the apples into very thin slices
  2. Place apple slices in a bowl add sugar mix well and let macerate for 10 minutes
  3. Cut each brick pastry sheet in half lengthwise
  4. Place a portion of the apple mixture on one end of each half sheet avoiding excess liquid
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up the pastry like a cigar using honey to seal the edge
  6. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
  7. Fry the rolls for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown
  8. Remove from oil and place on a serving plate
  9. Drizzle with extra honey before serving
