- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Line two loaf tins with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Divide the batter into two equal portions.
- In one portion, gently fold in the melted chocolate and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Spoon alternating dollops of plain and chocolate batter into the prepared loaf tins.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the batters together, creating a marbled effect.
- Place the tins in your air fryer or oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in their tins for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve as a delicious snack or dessert.
