- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined
- Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm to maximum 1cm
- Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on thickness until golden brown
- Let cool completely before serving
