  1. In a large bowl cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy
  2. Add the egg and mix until well combined
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour almond flour and salt
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms
  5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  6. Preheat oven to 180C 350F
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 14 inch thickness
  8. Cut out cloud shaped cookies and place on a lined baking sheet
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden
  10. Let cool completely on a wire rack
  11. For the royal icing Mix the powdered sugar and egg whites until smooth
  12. Add the vinegar or lemon juice and mix well
  13. Divide the icing and add food coloring as needed brown for antlers black for eyes and red for noses
  14. Transfer each color to separate piping bags
  15. Decorate cookies with white royal icing as the base let it dry
  16. Add the antlers eyes and nose details to create reindeer faces
  17. Let the icing dry completely before storing
