  1. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until very thin
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly on each flattened bread slice
  3. Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese
  4. Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon
  5. Carefully roll up each slice of bread tightly, like a sushi roll
  6. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the outside of each roll
  7. Mix black and white sesame seeds on a plate and roll the outside of each roll in the seeds to coat
  8. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
  9. Remove from refrigerator and slice each roll into 4-5 pieces with a sharp knife
  10. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled
