- Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until very thin
- Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly on each flattened bread slice
- Layer smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese
- Sprinkle fresh dill over the salmon
- Carefully roll up each slice of bread tightly, like a sushi roll
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the outside of each roll
- Mix black and white sesame seeds on a plate and roll the outside of each roll in the seeds to coat
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
- Remove from refrigerator and slice each roll into 4-5 pieces with a sharp knife
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled
