  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different bowls.
  2. In one bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.
  3. Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg yolk mixture and mix well until you get a smooth cream.
  4. In the other bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the mascarpone cream mixture using a spatula, maintaining as much air as possible.
  6. Crush most of the Oreo cookies into coarse crumbs, saving a few whole cookies for decoration.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the milk with vanilla extract.
  8. Briefly soak the crushed Oreo cookies in the vanilla-infused milk.
  9. In a serving dish or individual glasses, create a layer of soaked Oreo crumbs at the bottom.
  10. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream on top of the Oreo crumbs.
  11. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of mascarpone cream.
  12. Place whole Oreo cookies on top for decoration and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
  14. Serve chilled and enjoy this delicious twist on traditional tiramisu.
