Instructions

  1. If using frozen ravioli thaw them according to package instructions
  2. In a shallow bowl whisk together milk and eggs
  3. In another bowl combine breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese garlic powder and Italian seasoning
  4. Dip each ravioli in the milk mixture then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture
  5. Heat oil in a large deep pan or Dutch oven to 350F 175C
  6. Fry the ravioli in batches for 3 minutes or until golden brown turning once
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain
  8. Season with salt and pepper while still hot
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley
  10. Warm the marinara sauce and serve alongside the crispy ravioli
  11. Serve immediately while hot and crispy
