- If using frozen ravioli thaw them according to package instructions
- In a shallow bowl whisk together milk and eggs
- In another bowl combine breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese garlic powder and Italian seasoning
- Dip each ravioli in the milk mixture then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture
- Heat oil in a large deep pan or Dutch oven to 350F 175C
- Fry the ravioli in batches for 3 minutes or until golden brown turning once
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain
- Season with salt and pepper while still hot
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley
- Warm the marinara sauce and serve alongside the crispy ravioli
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy
