  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals until smooth
  2. In a blender, combine the pear and Greek yogurt until smooth
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend until well combined
  4. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add milk until you reach your desired consistency
  5. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy
  6. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with grated dark chocolate
  7. Serve immediately while cold and fresh
