- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals until smooth
- In a blender, combine the pear and Greek yogurt until smooth
- Add the melted chocolate to the blender and blend until well combined
- If the mixture is too thick, gradually add milk until you reach your desired consistency
- Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with grated dark chocolate
- Serve immediately while cold and fresh
