- If desired, cut a circle of parchment paper to fit the bottom of your air fryer basket and place it inside for easier cleaning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 165°C (330°F).
- Place the first tortilla in the air fryer basket. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- Add the second tortilla on top. Repeat with another layer of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the third tortilla on top. Spread the remaining tomato sauce, add a generous amount of mozzarella, then distribute the drained tuna and onion slices evenly.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano, smoked garlic powder, and black pepper. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil over the entire surface.
- Cook in the air fryer for approximately 10-15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden, and the edges of the tortillas are slightly crispy.
- Remove carefully from the air fryer, let rest for 1-2 minutes, then cut into slices and serve immediately.
