  1. Heat canola oil and 15g butter in a large skillet over medium high heat
  2. Once the pan is sizzling add shrimp and season with freshly ground black pepper
  3. When shrimp turn pink on one side flip them over
  4. Add minced garlic and toss continuously for 1 minute
  5. Add red pepper flakes and remaining 45g butter stir until butter melts and cook for 1 minute
  6. Add lemon juice and white wine stirring to combine
  7. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil while basting shrimp several times
  8. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon and transfer to a serving bowl
  9. Continue cooking the sauce for 2 minutes until reduced by half
  10. Stir in fresh parsley
  11. Pour the reduced sauce over the shrimp
  12. Serve immediately with crusty bread
