Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined
  2. Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5cm to maximum 1cm
  5. Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters
  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on thickness until golden brown
  8. Let cool completely before serving
