- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- In a large bowl beat together the eggs and lemon yogurt until well combined
- Add both granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and beat well
- Add the lemon juice and mix thoroughly
- Add flour and baking powder and beat until smooth
- Pour in the vegetable oil and mix until well incorporated
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter
- Sprinkle pearl sugar on top
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean
- Let cool before slicing
