- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl beat the eggs until pale
- Add the condensed milk and mix well
- Add mascarpone cheese and yogurt mixing until combined
- Crumble the turrón and add it to the mixture
- Sift in the cornstarch and mix until smooth
- Line a 26cm springform pan with parchment paper
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
- Bake for 45 minutes until set but still slightly wobbly in the center
- Let cool completely on a wire rack
- For the toffee sauce melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
- Add water and cook until dark amber in color
- Add butter and stir
- Carefully pour in the cream while stirring constantly
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before pouring the warm toffee sauce over top
