  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. In a large bowl beat the eggs until pale
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix well
  4. Add mascarpone cheese and yogurt mixing until combined
  5. Crumble the turrón and add it to the mixture
  6. Sift in the cornstarch and mix until smooth
  7. Line a 26cm springform pan with parchment paper
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan
  9. Bake for 45 minutes until set but still slightly wobbly in the center
  10. Let cool completely on a wire rack
  11. For the toffee sauce melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
  12. Add water and cook until dark amber in color
  13. Add butter and stir
  14. Carefully pour in the cream while stirring constantly
  15. Let the cheesecake cool completely before pouring the warm toffee sauce over top
