- In a large bowl mix together the eggs olive oil and orange blossom water
- In another bowl combine the flour sugar and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms
- Cover the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 5mm thickness
- Cut the dough into heart shapes using a cookie cutter
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden
- Let cool completely before serving
