- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt. Use the empty yogurt pot as a measuring cup for the remaining ingredients.
- Add the eggs to the yogurt and whisk until well combined.
- Pour in the oil and orange blossom water, and mix well.
- Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve as is or with a light dusting of powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
