  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt. Use the empty yogurt pot as a measuring cup for the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add the eggs to the yogurt and whisk until well combined.
  4. Pour in the oil and orange blossom water, and mix well.
  5. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
  6. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve as is or with a light dusting of powdered sugar for an elegant touch.
