Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl including the orange juice except the pears then mix for about 15 seconds at medium speed and scrape the sides
- Add the pears and gently fold with a spatula
- Pour the batter into a 15 cm mold and sprinkle the top with crushed almonds
- Bake for about 35 minutes then let it cool and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
