  1. Steam the pumpkin pieces for 20 minutes until tender
  2. Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and mash thoroughly with a fork until smooth
  3. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain well
  4. Cook the white mushrooms for 3 minutes and drain
  5. Coat a glass bowl with 1/4 tablespoon of avocado oil to prevent sticking
  6. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and place some cooked mushrooms at the bottom of the bowl
  7. Layer with some pumpkin puree, followed by vegetables and pork trotter slices
  8. Cover with another layer of pumpkin puree
  9. Carefully flip the bowl onto a serving plate
  10. Garnish the plate with 6 cherry tomatoes arranged around the pumpkin mold
