  1. Rinse the morels thoroughly under running water and pat them dry
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent
  4. Stir in the morels and saute for about five minutes until they start to soften
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Add the chopped parsley and cook for another two minutes
  7. Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer
