- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry, pressing it gently into the corners.
- Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the tomato paste until well combined.
- Add the flaked tuna, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander to the egg mixture.
- Pour in the liquid cream and stir everything together thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture onto the pastry base and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Perfect with a small green salad on the side.
