  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry, pressing it gently into the corners.
  3. Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the tomato paste until well combined.
  5. Add the flaked tuna, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chopped coriander to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour in the liquid cream and stir everything together thoroughly.
  7. Pour the mixture onto the pastry base and spread it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  10. Let it cool slightly before serving. Perfect with a small green salad on the side.
