- In a medium bowl, break up the cream cheese with a fork
- Add the vanilla yogurt and lemon zest to the cream cheese
- Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy
- Cut the angel food cake slices into bite-size pieces
- Place half of the angel food cake pieces equally into 4 pint-size mason jars
- Top the cake pieces with 1/8 of the strawberries and blueberries in each jar
- Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the lemon cream mixture over the berries
- Add the remaining cake pieces to each jar
- Add the remaining berries on top, saving a few for garnish
- Spoon the remaining cream mixture on top of each jar
- Garnish with the reserved berries
