  1. In a medium bowl, break up the cream cheese with a fork
  2. Add the vanilla yogurt and lemon zest to the cream cheese
  3. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy
  4. Cut the angel food cake slices into bite-size pieces
  5. Place half of the angel food cake pieces equally into 4 pint-size mason jars
  6. Top the cake pieces with 1/8 of the strawberries and blueberries in each jar
  7. Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the lemon cream mixture over the berries
  8. Add the remaining cake pieces to each jar
  9. Add the remaining berries on top, saving a few for garnish
  10. Spoon the remaining cream mixture on top of each jar
  11. Garnish with the reserved berries
