- Rice
- 2 cups of Boba flour
- Water
- Hot water
- Milk powder
- Sugar
- Coconut extract
- Banana extract
- Apples
- Bananas
- Coconuts
Instructions
- Soak your rice in water and let it sit for approximately two hours.
- Pour hot water into the bowl of baobab powder and mix.
- Add milk powder to the baobab powder mixture and sift through to remove any lumps.
- Add sugar, coconut extract, and banana extract to the baobab powdermixture. Mix until well combined.
- Drain the soaked rice and let it dry.
- Blend the dried rice until it turns into a fine flour. You can use a food processor, blender, or coffee grinder for this.
- Sift the rice flour to get rid of any lumps.
- Create dough using the rice flour by adding water in bit by bit as you knead it.
- Break down the dough into tiny pieces depending on your preference.
- Steam these pieces for about 20 minutes at medium low heat. Or you can steam it for 10 minutes, remove it, mix it a bit, then steam for another 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove the steamed pieces and break them further with a wooden spoon.
- Set aside the steamed pieces.
- Chop apples, bananas, and coconuts and add them into the steamed dough.
