- Prepare the chicken wings by cutting at the joints and removing the small bone at one end while keeping the main bone as the handle creating a lollipop shape
- In a large bowl mix chicken with salt white pepper paprika turmeric tomato sauce and ginger garlic paste
- Place flour in one bowl beaten eggs in another and breadcrumbs in a third bowl
- Coat each marinated chicken lollipop first in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crispiness
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 175C or 350F
- Fry the chicken lollipops in batches for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
- Drain on paper towels
- Wrap the exposed bones with aluminum foil
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
