  1. Prepare the chicken wings by cutting at the joints and removing the small bone at one end while keeping the main bone as the handle creating a lollipop shape
  2. In a large bowl mix chicken with salt white pepper paprika turmeric tomato sauce and ginger garlic paste
  3. Place flour in one bowl beaten eggs in another and breadcrumbs in a third bowl
  4. Coat each marinated chicken lollipop first in flour then egg mixture then breadcrumbs Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crispiness
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 175C or 350F
  6. Fry the chicken lollipops in batches for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through
  7. Drain on paper towels
  8. Wrap the exposed bones with aluminum foil
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce
