Instructions:

  1. Prepare salad ingredients: Rinse dandelion greens thoroughly, removing dirt and debris. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red onion thinly, halve the cherry tomatoes, crumble the feta cheese, and toast the walnuts.
  2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey (if using), salt, and pepper. Whisk well to emulsify.
  3. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine dandelion greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
