  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Once the water is boiling, immerse the zucchinis and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the zucchinis and set aside.
  5. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  6. In a pan with some olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic.
  7. Add the sausage meat to the pan, followed by the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
  8. Let the meat cook for a few minutes, then add the tomato paste and stir until well combined. Set aside.
  9. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  10. Fill the zucchinis with the meat mixture.
  11. Sprinkle some grated emmental on top, distribute slices of mozzarella, and drizzle with olive oil.
  12. Place the stuffed zucchinis on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes.
