The cassis liqueur has a great fruit flavor. Its artisanal production gives it a higher alcohol content than commercial ones (it’s not indicated on the bottle). It’s not too sweet and pairs perfectly with our regional wine – muscadet – for a sparkling kir or a kir. Thank you very much. My guests really enjoyed it last Sunday as an aperitif.
