  1. If desired, cut a circle of parchment paper to fit the bottom of your air fryer basket and place it inside for easier cleaning.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 165°C (330°F).
  3. Place the first tortilla in the air fryer basket. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add the second tortilla on top. Repeat with another layer of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the third tortilla on top. Spread the remaining tomato sauce, add a generous amount of mozzarella, then distribute the drained tuna and onion slices evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with dried oregano, smoked garlic powder, and black pepper. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil over the entire surface.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for approximately 10-15 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and golden, and the edges of the tortillas are slightly crispy.
  8. Remove carefully from the air fryer, let rest for 1-2 minutes, then cut into slices and serve immediately.
