Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the highest temperature possible (usually 240-275°C/465-525°F) and if you have one, place a pizza stone or baking steel in the oven to heat up.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic and set aside.
- On a surface dusted with semolina or cornmeal, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a circle about 30cm in diameter.
- Brush the dough with the garlic-infused olive oil, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Distribute the chopped artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the sauce.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately place the whole burrata in the center of the pizza (or tear it into pieces and distribute it around).
- Season with fresh black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top and serve immediately while the crust is crispy and the burrata is still cool and creamy.
