  1. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature possible (usually 240-275°C/465-525°F) and if you have one, place a pizza stone or baking steel in the oven to heat up.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic and set aside.
  3. On a surface dusted with semolina or cornmeal, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to a circle about 30cm in diameter.
  4. Brush the dough with the garlic-infused olive oil, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
  6. Distribute the chopped artichoke hearts and sun-dried tomatoes evenly over the sauce.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately place the whole burrata in the center of the pizza (or tear it into pieces and distribute it around).
  9. Season with fresh black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  10. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top and serve immediately while the crust is crispy and the burrata is still cool and creamy.
