  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  2. Cut the chicken, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place all the vegetables and chicken in an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste, oil, water, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish and mix well.
  6. Add pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 210°C for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
  8. Remove the foil, stir the contents once or twice, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  9. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  10. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
