- Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
- Cut the chicken, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Place all the vegetables and chicken in an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste, oil, water, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the baking dish and mix well.
- Add pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 210°C for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
- Remove the foil, stir the contents once or twice, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
