  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are completely coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your honey glazed salmon!
